Yearbook

So today we are in yearbook for forever. We have been in here for longer than usual for the past 2 days. I guess it is good because we have a bunch of stuff to get done for this deadline before Christmas, but I didn’t really have that much on this one. All of my stuff is done and has already been submitted, so I don’t really have anything to do for the next 3 hours.

Cut and Paste Poem

I am really loud and vibrant when I am around my friends or family

I don’t want to know everything

I think I am a good listener

I don’t think I would change anything

I don’t feel like I wished my past away

My happy place is church

I think everything should have a happy ending

When people talk about me, my face turns red

I am very observant about what people wear

I love being surrounded by people wearing red

My legs or feet are always moving

Fair weather fans annoy me

I really hate to get gas

I don’t like talking to people I don’t know

I really don’t like sleeping outside

The yearbook stresses me out

I really hate to open doors

I like always have weird dreams

I am thankful for my family

July 30^th was not a good day

It just makes all the rest of my life be hard

My dad tells me I can just control how I react

My sister is a person I can be around for long periods of time

Last Football Game

Today was the last football game of the season. We haven’t done all that well this year but today we beat Carolina!!!! If I could just choose one team to beat and lose all the rest Carolina is the team I would choose to beat. They are a lot better than we are this season but today we did better than they did which is really exciting. It was a great game to be the last one my sister watched as a student at State. My voice sounds funny now though because I yelled too much this afternoon but it was totally worth it. GO WOLFPACK!!!!

English

So I am sitting in the computer lab with Morgan and Cara. Me and Cara were talking about our history class that we had last semester. It was AP US History and it was the hardest class I have ever taken. But we did have have some good times because Mr. G is so crazy. I’m really glad that today is the last day we have to go to school this week.

Debate

I do an internship during 3rd period at an elementary school. On Mondays and Wednesdays I am with the occupational therapist. On the other days I normally help my mom in the computer lab, but she was not at school today, so I was with different people. At first I was helping the librarian film commercials for a 6th grade project, but there were only 2 groups that had not already been filmed, so it didn’t take very long. I was trying to decide what I would do next when I saw there was a group in the library. I went over to see what they were doing. It was a group of 5th graders and they were debating for a project. Two groups were debating on war toys. I sat down to watch. Even though it was at the very end of the debate so I only got to see 2 arguments it was very interesting. The debate was being judged by the speech person and a girl from the ASU debate team. It was pretty entertaining. The students were all really into it.

Uhg

I have a cold. I don’t really cough that much when I get a cold which is good, but my nose gets so stuffed up. I have to blow my nose like all the time which causes my nose to turn red which makes me look like Rudolph. It really isn’t fun. I hope it goes away very quickly because it’s really annoying.

Out of School

So it’s really nice being out of school on a Wednesday. Yesterday when it was time to wake up I was so excited about not having to wake up today. I wish the weather would have been nicer. It has rained all day. I was supposed to get my environmentals made today, but for obvious reasons that did not happen. It would have been nice to have been able to do that but I guess there isn’t anything I can do about it. I will just have to choose another time to do it. I guess I can’t really complain that much though because I did get to sleep late and eat lunch that was made by my mom instead of the lunch ladies at school. Tomorrow will also be good because my class is going to the Barter Theater to see a play so no school tomorrow either.

Convention

Tomorrow is district BETA convention. I’m pretty excited! Last year convention was fun. I have to take so many clothes though because I’m in 4 parts of our talent. I have to wear something different in each part plus there is not a place for us to change there. So I have to just layer all day. I’m wearing my dress up clothes over part of what I have to wear in talent so it will be very interesting. I hope our talent does well. We have been practicing a lot so hopefully we will. Ok well I’m going to go to sleep because I have to be at school at 7:15 tomorrow morning.

Stuff

Sometimes there is just so much stuff going on. My Parks application is due Sunday. I have to find something to wear for Halloween. I have to find something to wear for BETA talent that looks like it’s from the 40′s. I dance 4 days a week. Plus there is still normal school stuff going on like homework and I have a yearbook to get finished. There is just always so much stuff going on.
